Humanistix is looking for an experienced java developer to join our client on location in Auderghem/ Oudergem for a fulltime permanent job opportunity.
The enterprise is a well-known international brand and market leader in the sports and entertainment sector. As a heavyweight they are listed on the London stock exchange and since 30 years a household name in Belgium.
The Belgian company realizes an enormous growth every year through 300 specialized offices spread all over Belgium.
Because of this growth, they are looking to expand their IT department at their HQ in Auderghem (Brussels region). The IT team consists of 12 people (incl. developers, lead, architect,…).
Tasks:
You will join the IT department and work with other development team members on:
- The development of complex Java applications. Both on server and client side;
- Testing your own developed software;
- Providing support to the users of our developed software;
- Drawing up manuals regarding the assigned projects.
Profile:
- You have a Bachelor IT and/ or relevant development experience;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Java development technologies;
- Experience with Java/JEE, Jboss EAP, Javascript & web technologies (HTML5, Ajax etc);
- You are a team player and looking for a challenging job with a lot of variation;
- Your knowledge in English is excellent! You also speak either Dutch or French
